Lois Herzeca

Lois Herzeca has been working in the legal industry since 1987. Lois began their career at Fried Frank as a Partner. In 2009, they joined Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP as a Partner, where they concentrated on mergers and acquisitions, advising Boards of Directors (on transactions and ESG), strategic investments, licensing arrangements and joint venture transactions, particularly in the fashion and retail industries. Lois was also the co-founder of the firm's Fashion, Retail and Consumer Products practice group and was named a "Dealmaker of the Year 2012" by American Lawyer. In 2013, they became an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. Since 2017, they have served as the COO (of parent company Open Source Business Inc.) and Executive Advisor at MouthMedia Network.

Lois Herzeca holds a BA in History (Honors) from Binghamton University and a JD Cum Laude from Boston University School of Law.
