Ana Clara Rena de Souza

Ana Clara Rena de Souza is currently serving as an Environmental Specialist for Innovation at MOVA and as an Innovation Consultant at weme, both roles initiated in June 2023. Previously, Ana worked as a Business Strategies Analyst for the Government of the State of Minas Gerais from December 2021 to January 2023, focusing on environmental regulation and the development of a standardization tool for environmental conditions. From January to November 2021, Ana was a Local Innovation Agent at Sebrae Minas, mentoring small businesses in innovation methodologies. Ana's early experience includes working as an Environmental Analyst at CEI Energética and holding technical internship positions at SEMAD, where responsibilities involved environmental licensing and community engagement. Ana holds a postgraduate specialization in Environment and Sustainability from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal de São João del-Rei.
