Theresa Purser

Theresa Purser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client experience and email marketing. Currently serving as Senior Director of Client Experience at Movable Ink since April 2019, Theresa has held multiple roles within the company, including Director and Associate Director of Client Experience. Prior to Movable Ink, Theresa worked at Stanford University Graduate School of Business as Email Marketing Manager and at The North Face as Senior Email Marketing Automation Coordinator, where significant contributions included the implementation of automation strategies that enhanced revenue and conversion rates. Earlier experience includes a Campaign Operations Manager role at Acxiom, where Theresa led a global team in executing complex email marketing campaigns, and an Office Manager position at Alliance Marine, providing comprehensive administrative support. Theresa holds a BA in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
