Victoria Peaslee

Victoria Peaslee is a seasoned Learning Experience Developer at Movable Ink since August 2022, specializing in the design and development of technical content using Articulate Storyline and Rise to enhance product adoption. Prior experience includes roles as a Machine Learning Engineer at Area9 Lyceum, where personalized learning content was created, and as Colleague Experience Leader at Baldwin Risk Partners, designing onboarding programs and cultural initiatives. Victoria also served as Associate Director of Faculty and Staff Development at Ultimate Medical Academy, leading performance development strategies and enhancing online instruction and satisfaction rates. Additional roles include teaching as an Adjunct Instructor at multiple educational institutions and directing campaigns for Surfrider Foundation, showcasing a commitment to education and community engagement. Victoria holds a Master of Arts in Secondary Science Education from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Biology from the University of Tampa.
