Sandeep Arora is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Manager of the Global IT Project Management Office (PMO) at CSS Corp since March 2013. In this role, Sandeep has established and evolved project management frameworks and standards, emphasizing consistency across processes and improving quality through strategic process enhancements. Sandeep possesses solid knowledge of IT Key Performance Indicators and has successfully managed a team, contributing to their career development. Prior to CSS Corp, Sandeep held positions at Smart Collaborative Solutions India Pvt Ltd, vCustomer, Telecom Software Corporation, and Suntech Info Systems India Pvt. Ltd, gaining extensive experience in technical support, customer service, and project management. Sandeep holds an MSc in Information Technology from KSOU and a GNIIT degree from NIIT, Bangalore.
