Nicholas Penny

Nicholas Penny is an accomplished program and project manager with extensive experience in the IT and software development sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager at Leica Biosystems since June 2017, Nicholas oversees programs within the Global One IT department, managing planning, scope, budget, risks, and resources. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager, where Nicholas prioritized patient safety and cybersecurity compliance, and Systems Analyst Manager, leading and developing a team of analysts. Nicholas has also worked as a Business Analyst for Sigma Technology AB, focusing on infotainment systems for Volvo Cars, and held various technical roles at TietoEnator, e2e IT solutions, and Ericsson, specializing in software development and signaling protocols. Nicholas holds dual degrees in Computing and Computer Science from Monash University.
