Vinuta Shankar

Vinuta Shankar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources initiatives across the Americas. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of HR for the Americas at Movate since November 2024, Vinuta previously held the position of Head of HR for the Americas at ITC Infotech from January 2004 to November 2024. In this role, Vinuta led core HR functions such as talent management, employee relations, and compliance while also excelling in strategic HR initiatives as Head of HR for the US. Vinuta's career began at GE as an HR Consultant, focused on recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. Vinuta holds an MBA in HR from Bangalore University and has completed executive education at The Wharton School.
