Krystal Ramos

Krystal Ramos has extensive experience in various roles such as Quality & Process Improvement Manager, Facilitation Manager, Servicing Manager, Medical Records Coordinator, and Referral Specialist. Krystal has worked at MoveDocs since March 2015 and previously at Mass General Hospital from January 2009 to September 2013. In their current role, Krystal works closely with the off-site case management support services, Attorney and Provider communities, and focuses on improving platform adoption and customer service to meet performance targets and business objectives.
