Jessica Brama, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as a Board Member on the MOVEFWD non-profit organization where responsibilities include chairing the Development Committee and developing strategic initiatives. In July 2023, Jessica transitioned to the role of Human Resources Director at Relate Counseling Center, focusing on human resources strategy and collaboration with senior leadership. Previous roles include Human Resources/Wellness Manager at Room & Board, Compensation/Benefits Manager at Katun Corporation, and various HR positions at Fingerhut Direct Marketing and Medical Arts Press. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Luther College and has undergone further education at Metro State University and the University of St. Thomas.

MOVEFWD
Founded in 1990, MoveFwd is a nonprofit organization providing housing case management and mental health therapy services to youth ages 12-24 in the west metro. MoveFwd homelessness prevention programs include case management, drop in and outreach services, and a scattered site transitional living program. Mental health services are school and community based, increasing access to quality mental health care and reducing barriers related to finances, childcare, limited social support, transportation, and stigma. The majority of MoveFwd participants identify with BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ communities and are often uninsured or underinsured. MoveFwd promotes trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based approaches.
