Joel Feder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content creation, social media strategy, and non-profit leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Producer at Internet Brands since May 2015, Joel manages automotive content across multiple platforms while coordinating efforts between editorial, engineering, and SEO teams. In addition to this role, Joel has been the Chair of the Board of Directors for MOVEFWD since January 2017, actively supporting at-risk youth and their families in Minneapolis. MOVEFWD
Founded in 1990, MoveFwd is a nonprofit organization providing housing case management and mental health therapy services to youth ages 12-24 in the west metro. MoveFwd homelessness prevention programs include case management, drop in and outreach services, and a scattered site transitional living program. Mental health services are school and community based, increasing access to quality mental health care and reducing barriers related to finances, childcare, limited social support, transportation, and stigma. The majority of MoveFwd participants identify with BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ communities and are often uninsured or underinsured. MoveFwd promotes trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based approaches.
