Wayne Rowe

Wayne Rowe serves as the VP/Director of Retail Banking and Market Executive at Movement Bank since December 2021, where responsibilities include developing customer experience strategies and driving improvements in business processes to enhance customer satisfaction and bank efficiency. Prior to this role, Wayne held various positions at Pinnacle Financial Partners from September 2007 to December 2021, including VP/Market Executive and Senior Vice President. Wayne's experience also includes roles as a Small Business Lender at BNC Bank and a Branch Manager at Randolph Bank & Trust, as well as earlier positions as a Customer Service Representative and Head Teller. Wayne completed education at NCBA School of Banking between 2017 and 2020.
