Prof. Yuval Heled Ph.D.

Prof. Yuval Heled PhD, LLB, FACSM is a highly qualified consultant and lecturer with extensive experience in exercise and environmental physiology, sports medicine, nutrition, aging, sleep, health, and military performance optimization. Currently serving as a Scientific Consultant for Yuval Heled since January 2023, Prof. Heled also holds advisory and committee roles with various organizations, including the International Ice Swimming Association and the American College of Sports Medicine. Prof. Heled has a distinguished background as a former chief physiologist of the Israel Defense Forces and director of the Heller Institute of Medical Research at Sheba Medical Center. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Exercise Physiology and General Physiology from Tel Aviv University, an LL.B. from Ono Academic College, and an MSc in Exercise Physiology from Tel Aviv University, complemented by a Bachelor of Education in Physical Education from the Zinman College.
