Mari Volante

Mari Volante currently serves as Deputy Director of Operations at Movement Labs since August 2021. Prior experience includes a short-term role as Distributed Outreach Director at Dr. B, where Mari built a distributed team for the nationwide COVID-19 vaccine standby list and fostered community relationships. As a Distributed Organizing Fellow with NextGen America, Mari trained volunteer leaders and created resources for a successful peer-to-peer texting campaign during the 2020 general election. Previous roles include Project Manager at East Main Digital, overseeing digital marketing campaigns; Production Representative at Bon Venture Services, LLC, managing client relationships; Director of Operations at Mara's Systems, designing training programs; and General Manager at Mara's Cafe & Bakery, where Mari successfully expanded the business into a multi-location franchise.
