Aimee Dodson

Aimee Dodson is an accomplished Chief Engagement Officer at Movement Mortgage, a position held since January 2008, where responsibilities include fostering company culture, onboarding, training, and aligning teammate development with business objectives. Aimee also served as the National Director of Affiliate Relationships, promoting Movement Foundation initiatives globally, and led the THRIVE program aimed at enhancing employee growth. Previous roles include Special Projects Director, overseeing key functions and projects, and Comptroller, managing all accounting operations. Prior to Movement Mortgage, Aimee owned The Charlotte Solution, providing bookkeeping services. Aimee holds a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, obtained in 1996, and graduated from Springbrook High School in 1991.
