Shanna Schaap

Shanna Schaap currently serves as the PFQC Team Lead at Movement Mortgage, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Shanna was an Underwriter IV at Network Capital from June 2022 to August 2023, and a Senior Mortgage Underwriter at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation between November 2020 and May 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a Sr Underwriter at Midwest Equity Mortgage, LLC, and as an Underwriting Manager at Commerce Home Mortgage. Shanna has also held various underwriting and operational leadership roles at Finance of America Mortgage LLC and Nextview Loans. Previous positions include AVP Portfolio Retention Operations at Endeavor America Loan Services and SR DE FHA/SAR Underwriter at American Pacific Mortgage. Shanna earned a degree from the California Institute of the Arts from 2007 to 2010.
