DeQuandra' Rankins is an accomplished education and operations leader with a diverse background spanning several roles in school and youth program management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Movement School, DeQuandra' successfully implemented a strategic enrollment initiative that increased enrollment by 25%. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of School Operations at KIPP North Carolina Public Schools, where DeQuandra' ensured operational excellence and managed budgetary decisions.
