Erika Lia

Erika Lia has been working in the field of technology since 2011. Erika began their career at BTS Bioengineering as a Product Specialist, where they developed Motion Analysis protocols and provided technical support for the development of experimental protocols. In 2014, they were hired by Thereson S.p.A. as a Technical Account Representative, and also worked as a Project Manager for VERTIGO. In 2016, they moved to THERESON srl as a Marketing Communication Consultant, where they led Digital Marketing activity and conducted indirect marketing activity. In 2017, they took a maternity leave, and then began working at YO OFFICE as a Startupper.

Erika Lia attended Liceo Scientifico Galileo Galilei from 2003-2008. Erika then went on to study Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in 2008 and a Master of Science (MSc) in 2013. In 2016, they returned to Politecnico di Milano to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General, which they completed in 2018.
