Kathy Paul Msc

Kathy Paul MSc, MCR has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Kathy has held various leadership roles in the workplace solutions and management industry.

Kathy's most recent position was as the Managing Director, Canada at MovePlan, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the WE Canadian Hub Leader at Workplace Evolutionaries in 2022. Kathy also worked as an Executive Workplace Consultant at Blue in the early part of 2023.

From 2012 to 2023, Kathy held multiple roles at BGIS, including Vice President of Workplace Solutions, AVP Workplace Solutions, Managing Director, and Sr. Director of Strategic Workplace Solutions. In these roles, they led teams and provided solutions for workplace optimization and employee experience for various clients.

Before joining BGIS, Kathy worked at Bombardier Aerospace as a Facilities Strategic Planning Manager from 2006 to 2012. In this role, they strategically planned and managed space for Bombardier's commercial aircraft division. Kathy also worked as a Facilities Project Manager at Bombardier Aerospace from 2000 to 2006, where they handled space planning, interior design, and relocation management.

Kathy's early career includes a role as an Interior Designer at Kelly McTurnan Lavoie, where they provided design services for clients such as Deloitte and Touche Canada. Kathy also worked as a Facilities Coordinator at Rogers Communications from 1996 to 1999.

Throughout their career, Kathy has demonstrated expertise in workplace strategy, design, and management. Kathy has successfully built and maintained client relationships, provided innovative solutions, and contributed to creating amazing workplace experiences.

Kathy Paul MSc, MCR.w has a diverse education history. Kathy obtained a Masters of Science degree in Facilities Management from Heriot-Watt University in the years 2004 to 2007. Later, in the years 2012 to 2016, they pursued a Masters of Corporate Real Estate degree specializing in Corporate Real Estate from CoreNet Global. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Workplace Strategy (MCR.w) from CoreNet Global in 2015 and 2016. In the field of Interior Design, Kathy earned a degree from Humber College in the years 1993 to 1996. Kathy has also obtained two additional certifications: Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci in 2019 and Change Management Specialist (CMS) from the Management and Strategy Institute.
