Katie McCullagh has extensive work experience in the Human Resources and Recruiting fields. In 2020, they began working for Movers+Shakers as the People Operations, where they supported a staff of over 115 full time and freelance employees. Katie built out and managed the entire onboarding process, managed the offboarding process, was the first point of contact for employee questions, implemented HRIS and Lattice softwares, maintained data integrity, drafted policies, wrote out and delivered strategic communications, troubleshooted IT issues, reviewed and processed payroll, project managed performance reviews, and ad hoc recruiting as needed. Katie also worked as a Recruiting Manager for the same company. In 2020, they also began working as a Consultant - Recruiting Operations for Veev. In 2019, they worked for Sonder Inc. as a Recruiter, Global City Operations and Recruiter & Sourcer, G&A. From 2015 to 2014, they worked for Atrium Staffing as a Recruiter/Account Director - Real Estate, Recruiter/Talent Director, Recruiter/Talent Manager, and Recruiter. In 2014, they worked for HAR-BRO Emergency Service and Restoration as an Account Manager. In 2013, they worked for Okta, Inc. as a Marketing Intern.

Katie McCullagh completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication Design at California State University, Chico between 2010 and 2013.
