Melissa Gordon

Melissa Gordon has a wealth of experience in operations, project management, and recruiting. Melissa began their career in 2003 as a Varsity Swimmer for the University of Georgia Swim Team. In 2007, they became the Lead Technical Recruiter for Anteo Group and Assistant Swim Coach for Athens Bulldog Swim Club. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Moxie as a Project Manager and at Leopard as an Account Supervisor and Senior Account Executive. From 2016 to 2018, Gordon served as Marketing Operations Manager at Janus Henderson Investors U.S. and, since 2018, they have been the SVP of Operations, VP of Project Management & Operations, and Senior Director of Project Management at Dagger. Most recently, in 2022, they became the VP of Operations at Movers+Shakers, a company that has been named the #1 Fastest-Growing Agency by Adweek and one of the Most Innovative Companies in the World by Fast Company.

Melissa Gordon attended Milton High School from 1999 to 2003 and earned a BA in Speech Communication from The University of Georgia between 2003 and 2007.
