Michelle Stronz

Michelle Stronz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Formata since 2015, Michelle focuses on fostering connections between leaders, enterprises, and boards for impactful strategic outcomes. Currently, Michelle serves on the Board of Directors and as a Corporator for Ion Bank, contributing to the bank's mission-driven approach. Additionally, Michelle is a member of the Board of Advisors for MoVi, engaging with a diverse network to enhance problem-solving and understanding. Previous roles include Chair of CEO Advisory Boards at Vistage International from 2011 to 2023, and Executive in Residence at Quinnipiac University from 2003 to 2020, where Michelle taught courses on strategy and organizational effectiveness. Michelle holds an EdD in Organizations & Leadership from Columbia University, an MPA in International Development from the University of Washington, and a BSJ in Magazine Journalism from Ohio University.
