Philip Randall has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Co-Founder & COO at Movia in 2016. In this role, they focused on helping brands achieve maximum advertising results through mobile billboards and mobile device retargeting.
Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, Philip worked as a Client Manager at hubTGI - Xerox Canada Ltd. Their main responsibilities included ensuring customer satisfaction with document solutions management and managed print environment. During their time there, they achieved several accomplishments, such as being recognized as General Markets Rep of the Month, winning multiple competitions, and achieving significant growth in revenue generation and portfolio expansion.
In 2013, Philip held the position of Sales Team Leader and Compliance Officer at Thought World Pty Ltd. Philip managed a sales team of 56 associates while providing support on compliance issues. Philip also focused on training, development, and growth of the sales associates and team.
From 2010 to 2011, Philip worked as a Dive Master/Sales Staff at Torpedo Rays, the largest scuba diving center on the East coast of Canada. Their responsibilities included providing professional opinions on specialty equipment and continuously upgrading their qualifications.
In 2008, Philip created and designed a high-end fashion line for men and women at Tipping Point Clothing. Through direct marketing and an online store, they achieved modest profits and established a working relationship with a textile manufacturer.
Philip's early work experience includes a role as a Second Day Audit and Control Agent at RBC from 2006 to 2009, where they investigated branch errors, rectified errors amounting to millions of dollars, and processed Ontario Savings bonds. In 2003, they worked as an Assistant to Investment Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities as part of a high school co-op program, where they assisted the investment advisor, converted the client database to an electronic filing system, and consulted clients using the RBC bridge program for up-to-date stock quotes.
Philip Randall attended Dalhousie University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Business. In addition, in 2010, they earned an Entrepreneurship Certificate from Dalhousie University, specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
