Nicolás Amado Morales

Chris Nicol is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, where responsibilities include developing hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and educational devices. Prior to this role, Chris served as a Firmware Engineer at SMART Technologies, focusing on firmware development for similar technology. Chris also worked as an Electronics Contractor for the Science Alberta Foundation, designing and repairing educational devices, and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary, supporting student labs and assessments. Earlier experience includes a tenure as an Electronics Engineer at Grindcom, developing control systems for forestry equipment. Chris holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
