Dolores Farias

Dolores Farias is an HR Analyst at Movimiento CREA since October 2020, specializing in end-to-end recruitment processes and talent pool development. As a Co-Founder and General Coordinator of Barrios Adentro, Dolores focuses on strategic planning and budget management while seeking funding and institutional partnerships. Additionally, Dolores led the B31 project for social integration and labor training within the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, and served as a trainer in the "Lazos" socio-laboral program with Asociación Conciencia. Prior experience includes an HR Trainee role at Moët Hennessy, contributing to personnel administration and recruitment tasks. Dolores holds a degree in Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires and is currently pursuing further education in Recruitment 2.0 and Competency-Based Selection at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
