Sian Shepherd

Sian Shepherd is the Head of Programmes and Operations at Moving Ahead, where they currently oversee various initiatives. Previously, Sian served as the Head of the Mentoring Women in Business Programme at the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, leading a sector-leading volunteer mentoring programme. They also held roles as a Senior Programme Manager at Save the Children UK, where they expanded an internship scheme internationally, and as a Human Resources Adviser at Oxfam, providing HR management across multiple countries. Sian's experience also includes managing charitable programmes at Barclays UK, contributing to their charitable giving strategy and oversight of significant grant portfolios.
