Lisa Riniker has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lisa currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Moving Mountains since 2022. Before that, they worked at Steamboat Resort as a Hospitality Manager and Assistant to the General Manager from 2013 to 2017, where they focused on customer issue resolutions and employee retention. Lisa also has experience as a Part Owner at Real Deals on Home Decor & RD Boutique from 2009 to 2011, and as a Business Owner at County Q Pumpkin Patch, LLC from 2002 to 2010. Lisa started their career at GE Capital Consulting as a Practice Leader/Director from 1994 to 2001, where they led a team of technical consultants and oversaw the delivery of EDM systems. Overall, Lisa Riniker has a strong background in operations management, customer relationship management, team leadership, and owning and operating businesses.
