Lisa Riniker has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lisa currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Moving Mountains since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Assistant General Manager at Steamboat Resort from 2017 to 2022, where they managed a team of 200 employees and was responsible for the daily operations and financial success of a large hotel. From 2017 to 2017, Lisa served as the President of Steamboat Association Management - Resort Group, where they led a team of direct report managers and provided coaching and restructuring for the company. Before that, they worked at Steamboat Resort as a Hospitality Manager and Assistant to the General Manager from 2013 to 2017, where they focused on customer issue resolutions and employee retention. Lisa also has experience as a Part Owner at Real Deals on Home Decor & RD Boutique from 2009 to 2011, and as a Business Owner at County Q Pumpkin Patch, LLC from 2002 to 2010. Lisa started their career at GE Capital Consulting as a Practice Leader/Director from 1994 to 2001, where they led a team of technical consultants and oversaw the delivery of EDM systems. Overall, Lisa Riniker has a strong background in operations management, customer relationship management, team leadership, and owning and operating businesses.
