Madhu Kota

Madhu Kota has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. In 1996, they began their career as a Senior Consultant and Software Architect at Daugherty Business Solutions. Madhu then joined BroadVision in 2000 as the Director of Technology for E-Commerce Solutions. In 2002, they were appointed Chief Architect at ABB (formerly Indus International). In 2005, Mr. Kota became the Executive Director of Software Development for Credit Cards & Lending Solutions at Atlanticus (formerly CompuCredit). From 2008 to 2014, they held various roles at Pegasystems, including Director of Office of CTO and Chief Architect. In 2014, they moved to Fiserv as Vice President and Head of Software Development for Payments. In 2017, they became CIO and SVP of Technology Development at BioIQ. From 2018 to 2022, they served as Chief Technology Officer at Riskonnect, Inc., where they contributed to revenue growth and doubling the ARR in four years. Mr. Kota is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Movista.

Madhu Kota has an extensive educational background. In 2010, they obtained a General Management Program (GMP) degree from Harvard Business School. In 1996, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University. Madhu is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Cyber Security from Georgia State University, beginning in 2022. Madhu also has a Master of Engineering (ME) degree in Industrial Engineering from Anna University, and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University. In addition, Madhu has obtained certifications in Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in 2020. Madhu also holds a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification from Microsoft, and a Pega Certified Systems Architect (CSA) and CRM Architect (CCA) certification from Pegasystems Inc.
