Monica Rigler Haught, MBA, SCP has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Monica Rigler began their career in 2002 as a Group Campus Recruiter for Target Corporation. In 2006, they became the Human Resources Manager for East Coast Fire Protection Inc. where they formulated and implemented corporate personnel policies, procedures and initiatives. From 2007 to 2015, they were a Sr Manager, Human Resources for Thomson Reuters Corporation, where they provided HR innovative solutions, approaches and value, focused on driving the success of each business. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Human Resources Director for Benefitfocus, where they designed, created and implemented a Goal Alignment and Performance Coaching program. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Director, Human Resources and Organizational Development for Meriton. Currently, they are the VP, People & Policy for Movista.

Monica Rigler Haught, MBA, SCP began their educational journey at Kennett High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 1998. Monica Rigler then attended Clemson University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development in 2002. In 2010, they completed their MBA from Texas Woman's University in Business. In 2021, Monica obtained their SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
