Samuel Ramuhashi CPM has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Samuel started their career as an Articles Clerk at Malan du Preez in 2005 and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they served as an Audit Supervisor at SizweNtsaluba VSP. In 2008, they joined Pareto Limited as a Financial Manager and held that position until 2009. Samuel then briefly worked at Matome Maponya Investments as a Financial Manager in 2009. Samuel rejoined Pareto Limited in 2011, initially as a Risk Manager and later as the Head of Group Shared Services from 2017 to 2021. Currently, since April 2019, they have been the Chief Operating Officer at Mowana Properties and was promoted to the position of Managing Director in April 2021.

Samuel Ramuhashi CPM has obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Property Development and Management from the University of the Witwatersrand. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Financial Accounting from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria. Samuel has also completed the CCSA program (Certificate in Control Assessments) at the Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa. In 2017, they obtained the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM USA, specializing in Real Estate. Furthermore, they have pursued further studies and has completed a BCom Honours in Financial Management from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.
