Thomas Mörsdorf has a long and varied work experience. Thomas started their career in 1995 as the Managing Director at Arthur D. Little, where they launched a Silicon Valley New Technologies office and focused on emerging technologies and business model opportunities. Thomas then moved to Arthur D. Little International in 1997, where they worked as a Senior Manager, specializing in strategy, organization and innovation management. In 1998, they joined Pixelpark AG as the Executive Vice President/Managing Director Germany, where they implemented professional consulting services and helped to grow the workforce from 140 to 1,200+. In 2001, they founded MConsulting and provided interim management and consulting services, delivering expertise on product strategy, business development and process management. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at Deutsche Telekom as the Vice President of Business Development & Partnerships and Vice President of Enabling Services & Platforms, where they managed budgets, revenue, and staff, and had a strong focus on business impact. In 2014, they co-founded 3D Scaper GmbH & Co. KG and became their Co-Founder & CEO/COO, creating a new portfolio of digital 3D scan & print services for B2C and B2B customers. In 2018, they co-founded 3Dpartzz GmbH and served as their Co-Founder & CEO/COO, focusing on the potentially millions of industrial parts which can be additively manufactured (3D printed). Finally, in 2022, they joined MOWEA GmbH as their Chief Operating Officer and Interim COO, taking on the challenge of the telco and real estate sectors.
Thomas Mörsdorf obtained a Diploma in Computer Science & Economics from the Universität des Saarlandes between 1983 and 1989.
