They had a dream of establishing a Firm with a “One Firm” mentality, meaning it would be structured to encourage partners to look out for the well being of the clients of the Firm rather than their own book of business.In doing this, they brought years of experience at large, national Firms and paired it with their passion and entrepreneurial spirit. The result has been M&S, a Firm that has grown from $5.8M in revenue in 2012 to over 70 professionals and $12.5M in revenue.
