Bård Høyvik

Bård Høyvik's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Bård started their career as a Warehouse Worker at Spar Kjøp AS in 2003 and worked there until 2005. Bård then worked as a Store Employee at SPAR from 2006 to 2007, and as a Center Advisor at SATS in 2007. In 2008, they worked as a Taxi Driver at Bergen Taxi and also started working part-time as a Maintenance staff at Vestbo BBL until 2013. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Debt Collector at Lindorff.

From 2014 onwards, Bård Høyvik joined Mowi and held various positions within the company. Bård started as a Logistics Coordinator and later became an Acting Sales Manager for the Air & Frozen department. In 2019, they became a Development Manager, responsible for supply chain optimization and processes. In 2020, they assumed the role of Sales Manager & Team Leader, responsible for all airbourne & frozen sales. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the Director of Planning & Operations, overseeing production planning and operations. Currently, they hold the position of Supply Chain Director at Mowi, responsible for production planning, operations, logistics, and terminal.

Bård Høyvik holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Aarhus University, which they acquired between 2012 and 2014. In 2013, they attended Hawaii Pacific University and earned a second Master of Science (MSc) in International Business. Bård Høyvik also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, graduating between 2008 and 2011.
