Daniel Sheerin

Daniel Sheerin is an experienced food technologist with a strong background in process technology and quality control within the food industry. Currently serving as a Senior Process Technologist at Mowi ASA since February 2019, Daniel previously held the position of Senior NPD Process Technologist at Dawnfresh Seafoods Ltd from June 2014 to March 2019. Daniel's career began with roles focusing on quality assurance and culinary skills, including positions as a Quality Assistant at Simon Howie Foods and a Food Quality Technician at Finnebrogue. Other notable experiences include working as a Sous/Acting Head Chef at The Harviestoun Hotel and Chef de Partie at both the University of Stirling and Quintins Restaurante. Daniel holds a degree in Food Consumer Science from Abertay University.
