Ted Glomski

Ted Glomski has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2003. From 2003-2008, they were the Lead Lab Assistant for the University of Wisconsin's L&S Learning Support Services, where they were responsible for running daily operations of a language lab, computer lab, and AV equipment pool, as well as providing technical assistance and creating training materials. From 2008-2015, they held the role of Client Systems Technical Services at Epic, where they managed, coordinated, and troubleshot the deployment of the Epic client application and the design, install, configuration, and maintenance of ancillary applications. From 2015-2016, they worked at Moxe as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Customer Support and Security Lead, and Development and IT Operations Administrator. During this time, they administered Moxe's Cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP, worked directly with customers to provide technical services, monitored network/data security and compliance, and designed and implemented deployments on Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS. In 2016, they worked at Oxford Healthcare IT as an Epic Client Systems Consultant, providing EHR infrastructure expertise. Finally, from 2015-2016, they were a Tech Consultant for Brooksource, working with Microsoft and VMware to resolve server outages and performance issues in Humana's enterprise environment.

Ted Glomski obtained a High School Diploma from Eagan High School between 1999 and 2003. Ted then attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned a BA in Mathematics and Chinese between 2003 and 2007. In 2009, Glomski obtained an Epic Client Systems Administrator certification from Epic. In 2012, they obtained Citrix Certified Administrator certifications for Citrix XenApp 6 and Citrix XenServer 6 from Citrix. In 2013, they obtained a Citrix Certified Administrator for Citrix XenDesktop 5 certification from Citrix. Finally, in 2019 Glomski obtained an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
