In 2011, they took on a Boarding Assistant role at Korea International School, Jeju. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Senior Program Analyst at The Mentor Group. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as an Operations Analyst, Sales and Client Research at Eduventures. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Sales Operations Manager at Lux Research Inc. In 2019, they took on a Senior Sales Operations Analyst role at LogicManager. Most recently, in 2020, they began their current role as Head of Revenue Operations at Moxe Health.
Wesley Hartwell attended Phillips Academy Andover from 2005 to 2007, where they received their high school diploma. In 2007, they went on to Bowdoin College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Legal Studies and Environmental Studies, with a French Minor in 2011. In 2009, Hartwell studied International Studies, Multilateral Diplomacy, and Social Justice in Geneva, Switzerland through the School for International Training. In 2015, they earned a HBX CORe: Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School. Hartwell also holds certifications from Salesforce (Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), obtained in May 2019), as well as DataCamp (Introduction to R and Kaggle R Tutorial on Machine Learning).
