Patrick Martin

Patrick Martin is an experienced leader in governance, public-private partnerships, K-12, and higher education. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President for Real Estate, Public Partnerships, and Compliance at Louisiana State University, Patrick is responsible for overseeing real estate transactions and managing substantial operating budgets. Patrick's commitment to public policy and strategic planning is evident through their elected position on the East Baton Rouge School Board and active roles on the boards of AMIkids and Moxey. Notably, Patrick has successfully secured a $500 million public-private partnership for student housing at LSU and promotes diversity in the university’s procurement policies.
