Madeleine Thomas

Madeleine Thomas is a structured learning paraprofessional at Cottonwood Creek Elementary since January 2024 and has been serving as a field expert support team lead at Moxie Pest Control since March 2021. In this role, Madeleine designed spreadsheets for nightly reports, supervised a team of ten coworkers, and resolved customer and technician concerns. Previous positions at Moxie included sales support shift expert and sales/field expert support team champion, where Madeleine authored over 60 educational articles and managed significant customer interactions.
