Travis Eichelberger

President at Moxie Solar

Travis Eichelberger is the current President at Moxie Solar. Prior to their current position, they were with MOXIE for 5 years and 6 months, where they held various titles such as President, Vice President of Sales, Director of Operations, and Operations Manager. As President, Travis was responsible for overseeing national daily operations of the company including sales, back office, client services, and operations. Travis focused on business strategy, execution, and company growth. As Vice President of Sales, Travis was responsible for the Direct Sales Team focusing on Residential Sales. Travis developed a robust Sales Department of over 75 team members including creation of a call center environment for lead qualification, appointment setting, and consultative sales. As Director of Operations, Travis directed the expansion into Illinois, training and developing Operations Managers to oversee the locations. Travis was directly responsible for profitability, staffing, and managing operational pipelines/workloads accordingly. And as Operations Manager, Travis managed the day-to-day operations of all installations. This included scheduling, client satisfaction, crew hiring and training, and process efficiency. An important initiative for this start-up operation was growing installation capacity and efficiency. Before their time at MOXIE, Travis was the Sr. Vice President at MAiNGREDIENT LLC., where they were responsible for creating the business strategy, processes, and procedures for MAiNGREDIENT, a start-up. Travis also managed implementing technology solutions for all facets of restaurant management including recruiting, training, and on-going business analysis to maximize topline revenue and profitability while minimizing COGS.

Travis Eichelberger has an MBA from the University of Iowa and an AA from Kirkwood Community College. Travis is also a Tesla Certified Installer and has an OSHA 30 certification.
