Alexis Garcia Duardo, MBA, has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative and Miami HEAT Sales Academy Representative for the Miami HEAT since July 2019. Responsibilities include making numerous daily calls, connecting with customers to identify suitable seating options, utilizing CRM software, and staying updated on team news. Concurrently, since July 2022, Alexis has been an Associate Manager at Blue Martini Lounge, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and ensuring smooth operations. Prior experience at Blue Martini Lounge from March 2018 to March 2020 as a Busser/Foodrunner involved providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, training new staff, and coordinating between the front of house and the kitchen.
