Lauren Jones has a diverse background in restaurant operations, with experience as a General Manager at Moxie's Grill & Bar and Earls Kitchen + Bar. Lauren currently works as a Corporate Field Trainer at Northland Properties. Lauren also has experience in people development and management, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Alberta. Additionally, Lauren has completed Sommelier Levels I & II from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
