Rebecca Rundell has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Moxies in Downtown Halifax since September 2019. Prior roles include Assistant Manager and Bar Manager at The Barrington Steakhouse & Oyster Bar, where responsibilities encompassed developing a bar program and managing staff. As an Ambassador for Femmes du Vin, Rebecca contributed to events promoting women in the wine industry. Earlier experiences include roles as Bartender and Bar Manager at notable establishments such as The Bicycle Thief, La Frasca Cibi & Vini, and The Nook and Cranny Brewpub, along with a stint as a Pastry Chef at Ryan Duffy's Steakhouse and various positions at California Pizza Kitchen. Rebecca's diverse roles highlight a strong background in bar management, staff training, and event organization within upscale dining environments.
