Ben Spera

Ben Spera is the Senior Director of Engineering at MoxiWorks. Ben has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, including stints as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Software Director, Agile Coach, and Project Manager/Scrum Master. Prior to joining MoxiWorks, Ben was the VP of Engineering at ActivePipe.

Ben started their career as a software engineer at Lockheed Martin Australia Pty Ltd. Ben then moved on to Thales ATM, where they spent three years as a senior software engineer. From there, they went to CGU Insurance, where they spent four years and 11 months as the Manager of Configuration and Environment Services. Ben then spent 10 months as the Test Environment Manager at Fosters Group before joining National Australia Bank, where they spent eight years and eight months as an Agile Coach, Project Manager / Scrum Master, and Environment Lead - Program/Release.

Most recently, Ben was the VP of Engineering at ActivePipe prior to joining MoxiWorks in their current role. At MoxiWorks, they are responsible for leading a team of engineers who develop products that help real estate professionals be more successful.
