Vinay Ganeshan has held various roles in the architecture and design industry, including as a Principal at Moya Design Partners and dwell design studio, llc. Prior to these positions, Vinay worked as an Associate at SK+I Architecture and held Project Manager titles at Grimm + Parker Architects, The Preston Partnership, Torti Gallas + Partners, Inc., and Devereaux & Associates.

Moya Design Partners (MOYA) is a multidisciplinary design studio producing work across urban design, architecture, interiors, and visual design. MOYA was established by seasoned professionals and is staffed by a talented team of urban planners, architects, interior designers, graphic designers, writers, filmmakers, and researchers. MOYA’s professionals come from ten different countries and collectively believe that design excellence should be accessible and impactful to enhance our world’s communities. MOYA works with public and private entities, cultural institutions, pre k-12 schools, colleges, universities, community associations, developers, and nonprofit organizations. MOYA thrives on mission-driven projects and utilizes a research-oriented design approach to provide the personalized attention of a boutique firm, and the seamless execution and technology of a larger firm. MOYA is proudly woman and minority-owned and holds numerous certifications including Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). MOYA’s studio comprises 70% women across design teams, leadership, and support roles. Since its founding in 2017, many of the 116 projects produced by MOYA have been recognized with design awards and nominations from the AIA, the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA), the International Design Awards, Built by Women, the MUSE Creative Awards, the HERMES Creative Awards, and the LOOP Design Awards.
