Dr. Zafeiris Petalas is an experienced consultant with a strong background in operating model design, service architecture, and performance management. Currently serving as Engagement Lead and Principal Consultant at Mozaic Services Limited since October 2018, Dr. Petalas has previously held leadership roles including Director at Strat-Ex Consultants Ltd. and Senior Transformation Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, focusing on significant transformation initiatives and integrated IT portfolio management. Extensive expertise also includes positions in enterprise applications and IT transformation across organizations such as HCL AXON, Barclays, and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. Dr. Petalas holds a PhD in Value Optimisation from Brunel University London and has further education in executive management and environmental legislation.
