Kim Shannon

Kim Shannon is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in web development and customer support, currently at Mozaro since December 2018. Kim's previous roles include managing website redesign projects at gotomedia, focusing on technology and banking clients, and serving as Communications Manager at gotoresearch, where expertise in UX Research and Design Thinking was applied for clients like Samsung and Verizon.
