Adam Cohn

Adam Cohn serves as the Head of Product and Privacy Legal at Mozilla since September 2025. Prior to this role, Cohn was the VP, Global Head of Commercial & Product Legal at Medallia from June 2023 to September 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing legal support for commercial transactions and product development. Cohn also held the position of Interim General Counsel at Medallia in July 2024, managing a 17-person global legal team. Previous experience includes Senior Director of Product Legal at Salesforce, Senior Corporate Counsel at Evernote, Managing Counsel at Smithline PC, Director of Legal Services at Cisco Systems, and Assistant General Counsel at Sun Microsystems. Cohn initiated his legal career as a Staff Attorney at the Federal Trade Commission and was an Associate at Venable, LLP. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and Government from Cornell University.
