Chad Porter serves as a Staff Technical Program Manager and previously held the role of Senior Engineering Program Manager at Mozilla since September 2019, where Chad introduced agile processes for the Pocket product and enhanced program execution through effective collaboration with product and engineering teams. Prior experience includes over a decade at PlayStation, managing large-scale programs and leading teams in various capacities, such as Manager of Program Management and Senior Program Manager, focusing on the delivery of media experiences and content releases. Earlier roles at Sony Connect and Universal Music Group involved marketing, content operations, and project coordination, showcasing a diverse background in program management and operations in the entertainment and technology sectors. Chad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management from California State University-Long Beach and a Journeyman's Degree in Music from Musicians Institute.
