Chris Peterson

Chris Peterson is a seasoned software engineer and technical program manager with extensive experience in mobile and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager at Mozilla since November 2011, Chris has worked on the Firefox Android and Firefox OS teams utilizing C++, Java, and JavaScript. Prior experience includes a role at Adobe Systems as a Senior Mobile Software Engineer, focusing on porting Flash Player for various mobile devices, and positions at Perpetual Entertainment and Macromedia, where Chris contributed to the development of game clients and mobile apps. Chris began a career at Microsoft as a Software Design Engineer in Test, developing automated tests for cryptography APIs. Chris holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC San Diego.
