Crystal W is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and visual design. Currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at Mozilla since July 2021, Crystal leads design initiatives for Firefox's mobile design system, Acorn, and has established Figma style and component libraries for iOS and Android, enhancing collaboration for a team of over 26 professionals. Prior to Mozilla, Crystal held roles as a UX Designer at Maple and as a UI/UX Designer at Aequilibrium, complemented by experience as a Graphic Designer at Canucks Sports & Entertainment. Crystal holds a Diploma in Digital Design from Vancouver Film School and a Senior Management Certificate in New Media Design & Web Development from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
