Mitali Baxi

Mitali Baxi is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as an Early Career Program Manager at Mozilla since May 2020. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Lead and Human Resources Intern at Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) in 2018, and various graduate assistant positions at the New York Institute of Technology, where Mitali also held the presidency of the NYIT-SHRM Student Chapter. Earlier career experience includes multiple roles at M. H. Alshaya Co. from 2013 to 2017, where Mitali received the "Going the Extra Mile" Award, as well as internships in commercial real estate, recruitment, marketing, and audit across several organizations. Mitali holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development from Emory University, alongside another Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
